Start the day with a visit to the David Citadel museum. View the Old city from top of Fazael Tower. Continue to visit the model of Jerusalem as it was in the Second Temple Period and the 19th Century model (It is very important to visit the site before entering the city for it provides a better understanding once inside the city)
Walk the Old City Wall Promenade from Jaffa Gate to Zion Gate. Then head to Mt Zion, view the Old City and visit King David's tomb founder of the city. Enter the Jewish Quarter through the Zion Gate as generations of Jewish Warriors have.
Explore the Jewish Quarter taking in highlights such as the Cardo, the Broad Wall (First Temple period) and the Hurva Synagogue
Enjoy a spiritual visit to the Western Wall
Then explore the mysterious Western Wall Tunnels that stretch under the Old City.

Depart Jerusalem and head north
Visit the ancient city of Caesarea - it was here, in this vast Roman Metropolis that the system of Bronze, Silver and Gold awards for sports was invented.
Then travels to Atlit and learn about the Aliyah Bet (illegal immigration in the pre-statehood days).
Continue to a Druze village for lunch in a private home
Continue to Zfat - city of Mystical Judaism. Explore the narrow alleyways lined with ancient synagogues and artists galleries.

Ascend the Golan Heights and form Mt. Bental view the Golan Heights and deep into Syria and the ghost town of Kuneitra.
Then head to the Talmudic Synagogue in Katzrin. Bar Mitzvah boys (and those girls who chose) will lay Tefilin in the synagogue and the Bat Mitzvah. Girls will recite a special prayer here.
View the Hula Valley from Mitzpe Gadot and hear about Israel's top spy, Eli Cohen.
Then a kayaking adventure on the Jordan River
Return to the Kibbutz for dinner and a Kumzits Party
